 Harvey was born October 26, 1886.  He  was the ninth of the fourteen Mann children. Harvey married Mattie Fullington on October 21, 1922.  They had three children; Jeanne Catherine, Horace Lynn and Barbara Joyce Mann. 

Jeanne Catherine Mann was born October 13th 1924.

Horace Lynn Mann was born April 8th 1928. He married Darlene Lola Hoover on May 26th 1950. the had two children; Carolyn Susan and Martha Elizabeth Mann. (Click on Horace 's  name to follow a link to his branch.)

Barbara Joyce Mann was born May 22nd 1930.
